Once your deposit/prepayment has been paid you can make plans for, and look forward to, an Exciting and Totally Unique Personal Coaching Session with Me....
Equally once your session is booked and you have pre-paid/payed your deposit - I make the rest of my plans around your booking and begin making plans to ensure that you have an enjoyable and effective session with me - where you'll have my undivided attention!
This means I not only plan your session, but also I may turn down other bookings for you. That is why this small deposit cannot be refunded. I hope you understand, but if you have any questions then please do ask.
Any remaining balance is payable on the day itself. Once I've received your payment, I'll confirm all the details with you - start planning your session and keep the time for you free. If you have any questions you can contact me

The personal training I give is for health as much as fitness. To some degree the two go together, but not always. Looking after the fitness of our physical body is great, but we also need to look after our mind. This training does both. This is not a simple subject so if you would like to find out more about how i can help you just ask!
I do conventional training such as weights and resistance bands, but if you'd like something different, a bit more imaginative and exciting just let me know.
You may just want a one off session, but if you would like regular sessions the training can be of a similar nature or totally different for every session. Different approaches suit different personality types.
